Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of RoadmapKit, including the iOS application and website at roadmapkit.app (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- Application: The RoadmapKit software program downloaded from the Apple App Store.
- Application Store: The digital distribution service operated by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) where the Application is downloaded.
- Company: RoadmapKit, the provider of the Service.
- Service: The RoadmapKit iOS application and website (roadmapkit.app).
- You: The individual or entity using the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
3. License to Use the Service
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and content, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
You must not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Service.
4. In-App Purchases
The Application offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions (e.g., Pro version) processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees, including taxes, as displayed at the time of purchase.
- Comply with the Apple App Store’s terms and RevenueCat’s policies (RevenueCat Terms).
- Acknowledge that subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your App Store account settings.
All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s refund policies. For payment issues, contact us at roadmapkitapp@gmail.com or refer to Apple’s support.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service responsibly and not to:
- Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights.
- Use the Service to harm, harass, or violate the privacy of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months or $100 USD, whichever is less.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Your use of the Service may also be subject to local, national, or international laws.
10. Disputes Resolution
If you have any concerns or disputes about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve them informally by contacting us at roadmapkitapp@gmail.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved in appropriate courts.
11. For European Union (EU) Users
If you are an EU resident, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU law.
12. Global Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to international sanctions or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country by major governments, and you are not listed on any government’s prohibited or restricted parties list.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to achieve its objectives to the extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
14. Waiver
The failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision for future enforcement.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice via the Service or email before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
